The purpose of this study was to make an short form of K-WAIS for patients with organic mental disorder due to head trauma. The patients were 215 brain damage patients with organic mental disorder whose sex were composed of 160 male and 55
female.

new form consisted of comprehension, vocabulary, picture completion, and picture arrangement Multiple correlation cefficient (R=.81) with Full IQ was higher than that of the existing short-form and could explain 66% This result suggested that
K-WAIS
short-form was enable to estimate IQ for patients with organic mental disorder due to head trauma.
